Installation of a CDS unit, bioretention basin and a series of pumps and valves including a UV treatment water system to not only capture storm water, but also treat and reuse the storm water to irrigate the surrounding fields & vegetation. |

Derelict boat Removal Hawkesbury River Hornsby Shire Council Six derelict boats were removed from various locations along the Hawkesbury river. Works were highly sensitive due to tidal movement and mangroves surrounding the sites.

Cooks Park Carparks Kyeemagh Water Delivery Alliance The works included three car parks constructed sequentially for the Water Delivery Alliance. Car parks varied from 1500m2 to 3200m2. Over 600m of drainage and two gross pollutant traps were installed. Constraints included a highly active construction site with numerous sub contractors, client personnel & earth moving machinery.

Hawkesbury seawall Railcorp The works involved the remediation of 3 seawalls at various locations on the Hawkesbury river.Sandstone was delivered using barges to ferry trucks from Brooklyn to Long Island and then loaded onto barges which were taken to Wondabyne. The Wondabyne seawall was remediated using a drilling rig to install stainless steel rock bolts and then shotcreted using barges carrying a concrete truck, shotcrete pump, compressor and personnel. |

Parramatta River Seawall Sydney Olympic Park Authority The works included various types of remediation to over 3kms of seawall along the Parramatta river with high grade sandstone. Site restrictions included weight limit on the access pathway less than 5 tonne. Pathway was active with pedestrians and cyclists throughout the duration of the works. Environmental restrictions included Mangroves and Sarcocornia Perennis which are highly endangered.

Cooks park Reinstatement - Kyeemagh Water Delivery Alliance The works included major remediation of the beach at Cooks park wharf north after the desalination pipe line was installed by the water delivery alliance. Site was highly active with numerous sub contractors, client personnel & earth moving machinery.

Moore Park Golf Course Car Park Centennial Park Trust The works involved the remediation of over 4000m2 of car park area for the Moore Park Golf course. Over 500Lm of kerb was also laid with steel reinforcement. Works were also very environmentally sensitive due to low lying over head branches and tree roots belonging to trees over 80 years old. Car park works were strategically staged to insure minimum disturbance to patrons. A temporary car park and traffic control was also provided and maintained throughout the duration of the works. |

Cleveland St Cycle Way- Moore Park Centennial Park Trust The works involved remediation of 540m of cycle/ pedestrian path along Cleveland st. This was a highly environmentally sensitive site due to low lying over head branches and tree roots belonging to trees over 80 years old. Pathway is highly trafficable with many cyclists and pedestrians. Traffic and pedestrian control was provided throughout the duration of the works.

Cardiff Station Retaining wall Railcorp Cardiff Station carpark works involved the installation of a new cribwall retaining wall, upgrade of associated stormwater drainage, new crash barrier and landscaping. All works were completed while maintaining full station access from the existing carpark for commuters and the public. |

Newcastle Station Platform Upgrade Railcorp This project involved replacing existing coping tiles and resurface asphalted section of 230m long Platform 1 at Newcastle Station. A well executed program of works ensured the job was completed during the 72 hour shutdown. |

Rydal Railway Station Platform Upgrade Railcorp This involved the installation of a new concrete edge coping, new tactile tiles and full platform resurfacing. Full protection of the heritage listed Station building was a major priority. Platform works were completed during a 48 hour weekend shutdown.

Bay 84 & 85 Apron Upgrade – Sydney Airport Sydney Airport The works involved pavement strengthening to accommodate larger B747 aircraft. Construction included the removal of existing stabilised roadbase and asphalt pavement and replacement with high strength 4.8MPa flexural strength concrete pavement. In total 880sqm of new concrete slabs were constructed. The works also included an additional 1400sqm flexible pavement bus turning area and storage area. |

UWS Hawkesbury Carpark Upgrade University of Western Sydney The works involved the removal of the existing carpark and fencing and placement of new drainage, kerb and 4000sq, of flexible pavement. The new drainage tailed out into the existing creek through a 300m open concrete drain.

Bumborah Pt Road Swale Works, Port Botany Sydney Ports Corporation The works involved the construction of a 900sqm concrete swale and block wall. The swale was constructed with continuous ground water seepage through the cliff face which required careful management.

Sydney Airport Runway 25 Slab Replacement Works Sydney Airport The project required the removal of 4 failed concrete slabs at the end of Runway 25 at Sydney Airport. The slabs were replaced using CTS Rapid Set concrete and placed with on site mixed concrete using Volumetric Concrete Australia. Antoun Civil jointly with VCA won a CCF Earth Award in Category 1 for the project.

Demolition 2 Range Refurbishment, Holsworthy Defence Maintenance Management The project included the design and construction of 3 separate demolition bays for explosives training at Holsworthy Army Barracks. 14000m3 of material was transported into the works to construct mounds to protect surrounding areas.

Richmond RAAF Contamination Prevention Defence Maintenance Management The project was a design and construct of an impermeable barrier to 3 large settlement ponds within the Richmond RAAF base sewerage treatment plant. The 3 ponds totalled 21,000 square meters and were 2.5m deep, each of which required dewatering, removal of 50 years of bio-sludge, preparation of the ponds base and installation of the 2mm HDPE lining. The removed bio-sludge was worked throughout the summer months to allow drying out for spreading and placement on site.

Sydney Airport Runway 16R Localiser Antenna Civil Works Airservices The scope included the construction of a 130sqm antenna foundation and associated pit construction, conduit installation, earthing ring and reinstatement works. The site was located at the end of Runway 16R extending into Botany Bay providing Antoun Civil with difficult access issues with the runway operation throughout the works.

Cambridge Avenue Bridge Works Defence Maintenance Management The works were undertaken for the defence department to upgrade Cambridge Avenue Bridge crossing the Georges River. The scope included the installation of 90m of bridge rail and guard rail. Stiffening plates were placed to sections of the bridge beams to strengthen rusted out sections. The entire underside of the bridge was then sand blasted in a containment area to capture lead dust and prevent contamination of the waterway and then treated with zinc rich primer and painted. |

Lilyfield Demolition Department of Housing NSW The works included the demolition of 12 no. 2 story brick Department of Housing buildings for a new green star housing development. Antoun Civil recycled 98% of all demolition materials including floor boards and timber roof structures to compliment the required green start rating. The scope also included soil remediation for PAH and asbestos contamination. |

Richmond RAAF Base Road Re-sheeting Works Defence Maintenance Management The project included the profiling of 50mm asphalt from 4 existing roads within the Richmond RAAF Base and replacing with 50mm AC14. In total 14000sqm of roads were resurfaced. The base remained operation during the works so construction process and planning had to accommodate access through the works site at all times for base personnel and emergency vehicles.

POTA Driveway. Port Botany Sydney Ports Corporation This project involved the upgrade to the entranceway to a large container yard in Port Botany to allow safe entry and exit for B-doubles. Included the installation of new kerb and gutter, new flexible pavement and associated road works to RTA standards. Traffic Control was a major consideration for the project so as to ensure the safety of all personnel while minimizing disruptions to the heavy traffic flows of container truck in the vicinity of the port. |
